The BVRLA’s 2026 programme of specialist insight and networking forums will begin in February with both the Residual Value and Remarketing (RVR) and Vehicle and Fleet Management (VFM) Forums taking place.
Throughout the year, the association gathers industry experts and practitioners from across its membership to encourage discussion and debate. Each half-day event sees experts share current data analysis and examples of best practice, while facilitating valuable conversations.
Residual Value and Remarketing
The first RVR Forum of the year will take place on Thursday 12 February at BCA in Perry Barr, Birmingham. On the agenda will be a Market Overview from cap hpi, an economic trends session looking at inflation, consumer and business confidence and wage growth. The panel session will explore what's in store for 2026, covering disruptors, opportunities, the new car market, used car market, vans, EVs political influence and the ZEV Mandate.
The second RVR Forum will be on Thursday 18 June at GWM ORA in Solihull, with the 2026 programme concluding on Wednesday 11 November, venue to be confirmed.
Vehicle and Fleet Management
The first VFM Forum of 2026 will take place on Thursday 19 February at Autoglass in Egham. On the agenda will be a presentation on glass trends from hosts Autoglass, a session on Telematics with WebFleet and one on SMR with Fleet Assist. There will be a presentation from UVEYE on its technology which can identify issues with tyres, underbody and exterior and a session from the BVRLA on the OEM Survey.
The second VFM Forum will be on Thursday 11 June, venue to be confirmed, and the final date is Thursday 19 November.
For 2026 the RVR Forum and VFM Forum, annual subscription is £670+VAT. Members can send up to two delegates to each of the three events in their chosen Forum series.
