Jon Burdekin
Jon has over 30 years’ experience in the leasing and fleet sector, having held senior roles with leading providers including Alphabet GB Ltd and GE Capital Fleet Services.
During his 15 years at Alphabet, Jon led Account Management, Consulting Services and Product Management teams, while also driving the development of innovative fleet solutions, including salary sacrifice schemes.
He has worked with major organisations including McDonald’s, Shell, Oracle, Royal London and the BBC, giving him extensive experience in the design, implementation and management of salary sacrifice programmes for large corporate clients.
A recognised expert in electric vehicle adoption, Jon combines deep industry knowledge with a strong understanding of the tax and compliance principles that underpin successful salary sacrifice schemes.
