The shortlists for this year’s Industry Hero awards have been announced, with the sector’s brightest stars set to be recognised as part of the Annual Dinner on 4 March.
Open to nominations from all BVRLA members, the annual awards give members of all sizes the opportunity to celebrate their 'Industry Heroes' and see their efforts rewarded in front of their colleagues.
The Industry Hero awards are for the stand-out individuals from across membership, team members that made a significant contribution and went 'the extra mile’ in their role in 2025.
The 2026 shortlists are:
Business Builder

Decarbonisation Driver
- Ashley Barnett, Lloyds Banking Group Transport
- Stuart Chamberlain, Arval UK

Service Specialists (team award)
- GE Account Team, Arval UK
- Sales Support Team, Jaguar Land Rover Financial Services
- Enhanced Fleet Support Team, Pendragon Vehicle Management
- Employee Engagement Renewals Team, Tusker
