The next BVRLA Vehicle and Fleet Management (VFM) Forum will take place next month in Milton Keynes, hosted by INEOS.
The session will cover a range of operational topics affecting fleet and vehicle management professionals, including the practical use of artificial intelligence (AI) in customer interaction, the use of green parts, service, maintenance and repair (SMR) trends, and the latest findings from the OEM survey.
Alongside the forum agenda, attendees will also have the opportunity to experience INEOS Grenadier vehicles at a specialist off-road driving facility, offering insight into vehicle handling and capability in a controlled environment.
The previous VFM Forum saw record attendance, with strong participation from both leasing and rental operators. The BVRLA is encouraging members from across the sector to attend and contribute to discussions at the next session.
