The DVLA has clarified a host of questions from the BVRLA and its members with regard to rental rules relating to Republic of Ireland-registered vehicles in Northern Ireland. Members with rental operations in Northern Ireland should familiarise themselves with the guidance.
The clarification follows a recent visit from the BVRLA to Northern Ireland to meet with members. A high volume of discussions during that visit relating to the rental rules, with the BVRLA now able to provide a detailed FAQ resource for member reference.
