On 31 January 2026, the BVRLA’s Learning and Development team is launching a brand new Learning Management System (LMS).

The new system will bring benefits to members of self-service with regards to e-Learning needs, for example setting up new learners. There will also be a fully personalised learner portal.

Ahead of this launch, and to ensure a smooth transition for members, there is an important deadline to note. Any BVRLA e-learning modules/packages learners wish to complete for their 2025 record should be completed by 5 January 2026. This will allow the association to migrate learners’ historic learning data to the new platform before going live.

Any e-learning modules completed after this date may not have the progress data carried across.

Support and guidance for the new system will include:

  • Administrator user guide
  • Learner user guide
  • Short video tutorials demonstrating key navigation and tasks
  • Live online training sessions to demonstrate further functionality and answer any questions learners may have.

If there are any key functions for which you would like the BVRLA to create additional content (excluding reporting), email [email protected] with your suggestions, including any questions you have at this stage. Members’ input is welcomed and any queries will be collated into shared FAQs.
