With just over three weeks until the BVRLA Leasing Broker Conference, brokers who haven't been before are being encouraged to look at what the day has to offer.
Taking place on 8 October at AMTC, Coventry, the conference is dedicated exclusively to the leasing broker community. It provides an unrivalled opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, meet others from across the sector and hear different perspectives on the issues affecting brokers.
The agenda will explore:
- The changing vehicle market: the trends in customer behaviour that are shaping vehicle choice
- Industry data: what the latest Leasing Broker Outlook reveals and what the numbers tell us
- AI and search: how customers are changing the way they find businesses online
- Customer experience: including handover, return and Fair Wear and Tear
- Compliance: the latest regulatory challenges shaping the sector
- Business resilience: how to overcome adversity and navigate difficult periods.
Former Republic of Ireland international footballer Tony Cascarino will close the conference, sharing experiences from his career and reflecting on pressure, change, teamwork and resilience.
Simon Tebbutt, BVRLA Member Services Director, said: “The Leasing Broker Conference is shaped around the issues brokers are dealing with every day, but it is also an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and spend time with others facing many of the same challenges. For anyone who hasn't attended before, it is a great way to make new connections, hear different perspectives and come away with a better picture of where the market is heading.”
One delegate at last year's conference summed up the day as: “Highly informative and engaging, the conference supported the brokers in understanding industry developments and building useful professional connections.”
BVRLA leasing and leasing broker members can attend for £50 + VAT.
The BVRLA would like to thank partners Fleet Procure, Modulynx, QV Systems, Tracker and WorkNest, exhibitors ClearWatt, INEOS, MotorComplete and RateSync, and media partner Broker News.
