The BVRLA is running its Leasing - OEM relationship survey for the third consecutive year through late February and into March and would like as many leasing companies to participate as possible.
The research enables leasing members to review elements of the services provided by OEMs. Inputs from members are anonymised and aggregated, meaning the association can identify which OEM’s provide high levels of support to members and those which have areas that need to be improved at a sector level.
To gather the insights, members are asked to rate the service they receive from each manufacturer against a set of agreed criteria including: likelihood to recommend, the working relationship, the vehicle purchasing process, products and services, in life services, and financial support.
Once published, leasing members can see if their experience working with OEMs is in line with the industry norm, and OEMs can see where they sit amongst their competitors. The results are shared in a way that enhances the OEM member partnership and promotes stronger relationships.
A link to the survey questionnaire will be distributed in the coming days, so look out for the email. If you don’t receive one and would like you organisation to be included in the research, contact [email protected] .
