Launch of Commercial Vehicle report

Fleet operators, including DPD, Menzies Distribution and Hovis came together to provide an operator perspective as the BVRLA kicked of a process that will result in the launch a new Commercial Vehicle (CV) Outlook Report.

The new report will build on the suite of Outlook Reports produced by the BVRLA. It is designed to give insight into the latest HGV market trends and explore the direction this market may take in the future.

Members will be invited to participate in further workshops in the new year. The insights gathered will help inform the BVRLA’s response to the forthcoming consultation on the remaining challenges facing HGV operators and if a ZEV mandate would provide an appropriate path to decarbonisation.

The BVRLA also expects news on how the government is looking to support the transition for HGVs.
