With just over a week until the BVRLA Leasing Broker Conference, members can expect a varied programme exploring broker representation, market intelligence, changing consumer behaviour and the experiences that can help shape stronger businesses.
Taking place on Thursday 8 October at AMTC, Coventry, the conference will put the broker community's voice firmly on the agenda. Your Voice. Your Committee. Your Industry. will see Leasing Broker Committee Chair Vince Pemberton joined by Will Voisey of Synergy Car Leasing, Mike Thompson of Leasing Options and Phil Slyfield of Balgores to discuss the committee's priorities, new joining rules and how brokers can get involved.

Data will also come under the spotlight as BVRLA Director of Policy & Public Affairs Tom McLennan joins Richard Chadwick of Alphabet for Why Your Data Matters. The session will explore findings from the Leasing Broker Outlook Report and how a stronger evidence base can demonstrate the scale and influence of the broker sector.
Elsewhere, Auto Trader's Marc Palmer will examine changing customer behaviour and an increasingly crowded vehicle market in Spoilt for Choice? The Changing Car Market. Vince Pemberton will also sit down with Jurni Leasing’s Nickie Brooks to explore the story behind her career in leasing. Nickie will share lessons learned along the way, as well as her experience of building a career and leading a business as a woman in the industry.
Former professional footballer Tony Cascarino will close the conference, drawing on his career to explore adapting to change, dealing with pressure and succeeding as part of a team.
