The BVRLA Industry Outlook Conference will bring together leaders from across vehicle rental, leasing and fleet management on Thursday 3 December, offering members an opportunity to explore the issues shaping the sector as it heads into 2027.

Taking place at the British Motor Museum in Gaydon, the conference will provide a full day of industry insight, expert perspectives and opportunities to connect with colleagues from across the sector. With businesses navigating changing market conditions, regulation and technology, the event offers an opportunity to step away from day-to-day operations and consider the challenges and opportunities ahead.

The speaker line-up is taking shape, with Paul Hollingsworth, Head of DM Economics at BNP Paribas, and Tim Moss, Chief Executive of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), among those set to contribute. Automotive data specialist JATO will also provide an exclusive contribution, with further details and speakers to be announced.

This year's conference will also offer greater value for BVRLA members, with tickets available for just £50 for rental, leasing and leasing broker members. The new ticketing approach is designed to make the event more accessible to more members.

The conference is supported by The AA, Autotrader, cap hpi, Fleet Assist, INEOS, Motorway and Nexus Vehicle Management. Exhibitors AVILOO, Echoes and Jaama will also be attending, giving delegates further opportunities to engage with businesses providing products, services and expertise across the sector.
