Get International Permits at PayPoint stores

From 1 April 2024, International Driving Permits (IDPs) are available exclusively from participating PayPoint stores across the UK. 

While many countries do not require an IDP, there are over 140 countries where an IDP is recommended or required if you’re planning to drive there. The countries needing an IDP include popular holiday destinations such as Turkey, Mexico, Canada and Australia. Motorists can check if they need an IDP for the country they are visiting on the GOV.UK website: Driving abroad: Overview.
