The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published its Annual Work Programme for 2026/27, setting out its plans to become a more data-driven and efficient regulator while continuing to support growth and improve outcomes for consumers.
A range of initiatives have been outlined, aimed at modernising regulation and improving firms’ experience, including the expanded use of data, digital tools and artificial intelligence to streamline supervision and decision-making.
