FCA Consumer Duty Resources Updated

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has updated its resources to help firms apply the Consumer Duty, continuing to focus on supporting smaller firms apply the Consumer Duty in a proportionate and practical way.

Examples of good and poor practice on Duty board reports have been published, setting out extra insight on how smaller firms can meet requirements.

The FCA has also refreshed its Consumer Duty webpages to make them easier for firms  to find the information most relevant to them. The refreshed pages bring key guidance into a clearer, more structured layout.
