Two upcoming WorkNest webinars will help BVRLA members prepare for changes to employment law and review how their contracts and employee handbooks can help reduce employment risk.
On 3 September at 2pm, Preparing for October’s Employment Law Reforms: Your Employer Action Plan, will look ahead to 11 employment law reforms due to take effect in October. These include changes affecting workplace harassment, trade union rights, employment tribunals and public sector outsourcing.
WorkNest’s Employment Law and HR experts will explain what the reforms could mean for employers and the practical steps businesses should consider now, including reviewing policies, procedures and people management practices.
