The BVRLA has confirmed further speakers for its upcoming Compliance Forum, taking place on 16 June in London.

Hosted by S&W Group at 60 London Wall, the forum will bring together compliance professionals to discuss current regulatory priorities and key developments affecting the sector.

Two sessions from S&W Group have now been confirmed:

  • Andrew Jacobs, Partner, will speak on the FCA’s multi-firm review of Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and ongoing due diligence controls. His session, “Why being ‘technically compliant’ isn’t good enough anymore”, will examine how regulatory expectations are moving beyond a tick-box approach to compliance.
  • Luis Hernandez, Associate Director, will lead a session on Consumer Duty Board Reports – what good looks like in 2026 and why some firms are still missing the mark, focusing on emerging best practice and common areas of concern.

The event will also feature previously announced speaker Martin Wilson, VP Partnerships UK & EU at Privacy4Cars, who will examine how privacy and data protection requirements can be managed across complex operational and distribution environments.

The forum will provide attendees with practical insight into evolving compliance expectations, alongside opportunities to discuss challenges and share experiences with industry peers.
