The BVRLA has confirmed a partnership that will give members access to high-quality, industry-relevant training programmes designed to upskill teams, support career progression, and strengthen professional standards across the industry. Confirmed as part of National Apprenticeship Week 2026, the relationship with Babington will support widespread skills development across the vehicle rental, leasing and fleet sector.

Babington is an experienced apprenticeship and professional development provider. Through this partnership, BVRLA members will have access to programmes in many areas, including Leadership and Management, Customer Service, Accountancy / Finance, IT and Data analytics and more.

Mark Pow, Head of Learning and Development at the BVRLA said “By partnering with Babington, we can enable members to reclaim their own levy contributions to fund high-quality, tailored training, helping them reduce skills gaps while lowering development costs.”

More details will be shared with members in the coming weeks. For more information contact: [email protected].
