From changing consumer behaviour and the rapid growth of AI to compliance pressures and end-of-contract charges, the BVRLA Leasing Broker Conference will tackle the issues shaping how brokers do business now and in the future.

Taking place on 8 October at the ATMC in Coventry, the conference will bring together leasing brokers, funders and industry experts for a day focused on the trends, opportunities and challenges facing broker-led mobility.

Delegates will hear the latest insights into what customers are buying and leasing, how vehicle manufacturers are responding and what an increasingly crowded market means for brokers. The programme will also explore the growing influence of AI on the customer journey, including how consumers are using tools such as ChatGPT when looking for their next vehicle and what that could mean for brokers' digital presence.

Practical challenges facing brokers will feature and be addressed throughout the day. Sessions will examine end-of-contract charges and how brokers can help customers navigate the process, alongside compliance best practice and the areas currently creating challenges for businesses. Delegates will hear the latest BVRLA research into the leasing broker market and learn more about the work of the Leasing Broker Committee on behalf of members.

The programme will also look at the people behind the sector, including the realities of running a business and supporting greater participation and progression for women in broking.

The BVRLA would like to thank its partners and exhibitors Fleet Procure, QV Systems, Motorcomplete, RateSync and WorkNest and media partner Broker News.
