The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a statement to say it will set out its approach on a motor finance redress scheme shortly after markets close on Monday 30 March, having consulted on a compensation scheme in October 2025.
The BVRLA will digest the contents of the announcement and provide members with updates and guidance on potential next steps as appropriate. Members should expect to receive communications from the association on Monday evening, which will also include the link to sign up to a member-only update via Teams on Tuesday 31 March.
