After six successful years in the field, Marc was promoted to Inspections Team Leader, where he continued to lead by example and support operational excellence. Today, he serves as a Regional Inspections Quality Manager, leveraging his deep industry expertise with a strong focus on Fair Wear & Tear standards. Marc is known for delivering training with passion and clarity, and for his ability to engage effectively with colleagues and clients alike—an approach that consistently enhances understanding and application of the BVRLA return standards.
