The webinar Exploring Consumer Duty with the FCA featured questions on topics including:
- Achieving good outcomes at all stages of the distribution chain
- Addressing customer affordability issues
- Clarity on when Leasing Brokers and Lenders are considered as Manufacturers or Distributors under the Duty
- How the Duty applies to smaller firms and those with Limited FCA Permissions.
