The BVRLA’s first-ever Vehicle & Fleet Management (VFM) Forum took place in Warwick last week. It gave delegates data and exclusive insights on consumer dispute trends and SMR differences between ICE models and EVs.
Hosted by fleet management company, Rivus, the half-day event welcomed 50 BVRLA members and saw presentations from the Motor Ombudsman, i247, Fleet Assist and BVRLA trainer Karen Morton.
Positive delegate feedback praised the value of the content presented and the quality of the networking opportunities provided. One delegate said: “A fantastic day, well run and presented. Lots of valuable information, thank you!”
The VFM programme replaced the outgoing Technical and Operational Management (TOM) programme and is based on an annual subscription model. The final Forum of 2023 will be held at AutoGlass in Egham on Thursday 2 November. Subscriptions can be booked online or via [email protected].
