The Chancellor’s Budget in October announced changes to Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) and taxation of double-cab pickups, both of which are likely to impact BVRLA members and their customers. The BVRLA has updated its factsheets for company and fuel taxation to reflect the latest information.
Both factsheets are available to members via the BVRLA website, as is the association’s round up of what was announced in the Budget on 30 October. The DVLA has also published a short Q&A about the changes to VED.
Members should also be aware that that has been an uplift in press coverage regarding VED, so customers may start enquiring.
