The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has recently published a host of factsheets and updates that may impact BVRLA members. Among the developments are two guidance publications, a formal consultation and a call for input.
To help members understand the contents of each piece, the BVRLA has produced a Regulation Update Factsheet that summarises the key findings or questions to be addressed. The FCA Regulation Update Factsheet, September 2024, can be downloaded via the BVRLA website now (member login required).
