Report unveils key priorities in leasing and OEM relationships

The BVRLA is shining a light on the evolving dynamics between leasing companies and vehicle manufacturers. In a soon to be released new survey, the association will highlight where these relationships are working well, and which OEMs are best in class.

The inaugural report will debut exclusively at the Company Car in Action event at Millbrook (Beds) on 12 June.

Collaborating with independent research partner experteye, the BVRLA has surveyed its leasing members regarding their relationships with OEMs. Thirty-two major leasing companies participated, providing feedback on 23 manufacturers. The results represent more than one million cars, over 60% of the BVRLA car lease fleet.

The BVRLA hopes that this survey will foster constructive and objective dialogue between OEMs and lease companies. It offers valuable insights into critical service areas provided by OEMs, highlighting those delivering exceptional service and areas where lease companies seek additional support.

Leasing members can sign up to Company Car in Action to join the launch event. It will take place in the main theatre from 2pm on Wednesday 12 June.
