The BVRLA’s Legal and Membership Director Shashi Maharaj recently represented the BVRLA at the Lex Autolease Conference, where the association engaged directly with brokers on key compliance and regulatory challenges.
Shashi’s update provided an overview of upcoming regulatory changes, compliance expectations, and the challenges brokers must prepare for in 2025. The event also offered a valuable opportunity to discuss these topics further during breaks and gain first-hand insights into attendees' thoughts and concerns.
