BVRLA Chief Executive Toby Poston will be attending the latest Council for Net Zero Transport (CfNZT) quarterly update event, chaired by The Rt Hon Lord Deben, taking place later this week.
The Briefing will coincide with the publication of Zemo Partnership’s ‘Map of Missing Policies’ consultation/discussion paper. The European Climate Foundation has commissioned Zemo Partnership to conduct a detailed analysis of “missing policies”.
The Map of Missing Policies project will be:
- identifying gaps in the policies of the four nations of the UK to achieve net zero transport by 2050;
- making proposals to address them in a timely manner;
- providing a clearer sense of priorities for implementation.
The independent Council for Net Zero Transport – led by Lord Deben and industry, government and expert influencers – provides strategic direction for Zemo Members.
