I'm a BVRLA member
If you're a BVRLA member it's likely there is a website account waiting and ready to go for you. If we didn't have your contact details on record before December 2018, you may need to register for a new account.
How can I check if I have an account?
1. Visit the forgotten password page and enter your email address.
2. If you have an account already registered, you'll see this notification:
You'll need to follow the instructions in the password reset email to gain access to your account.
If you don't have a website account registered, you'll see this notification:
If you see this message, please register for a new website account.
How do I log in to my account for the first time?
1. Click the 'forgotten password' link to enable you to set a new password, and enter your email address
[Note: If your email address is not recognised, you'll need to register for a new account (https://www.bvrla.co.uk/web-registration.html)
2. You'll receive an email containing a one-time use link to assign a new password to your account.
3. Login using your new password details and check that your personal information is correct via 'my account'
My password isn't recognised
If your password isn't recognised, please use the 'forgotten password' link on the login page.
The link in this email will expire after an hour for security purposes. If you exceed this time, you'll need to click the 'forgotten password' link again and repeat the process.
My email address isn't recognised
You may need to register for a BVRLA account.
Please complete the signup form on the website registration page.

I haven't received my password reset email
It's possible the password reset email may have been caught in your organisation's spam filter. Please check your junk mail or contact your IT support.
