The next BVRLA ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Working Group meeting will be taking place on Tuesday 19 November.
The group will be joined by guest speakers including:
- Shana Gallagher from BSI, giving a short presentation on the ISO Net Zero Standard, followed by a workshop style discussion
- Mark Wilson from Zenith, providing an operational case-study on their current ESG workstreams and answering member questions.
There will be updates from the BVRLA team, including a policy update on the UK's assessment of ISSB S1 and S2 (International Sustainability Standards Board’s disclosure standards), and the timeframe for expected consultations.
There will be opportunities for member discussions, especially around operational priorities and current pain points, with the aim of sharing learnings and avoiding pitfalls.
