A raft of new ESG (environmental, social, governance) regulations are coming into force which will have a major effect on BVRLA members. The BVRLA is hosting a ‘Get ready for ESG’ webinar to outline what ESG is and how it will affect your business.
During this time of rising energy bills, soaring inflation and challenging trading conditions, the webinar will demonstrate how ESG can help you hang on to your big customers, save money, and increase your chances of raising money - should you plan to.
Attendees will discover how to minimise time and cost in making ESG work for them; and why getting started on it now will give your business a real advantage over the next 12 months and beyond.
The session will begin with a presentation from ESG expert Marc Lepere of the King’s College London entitled ‘What is ESG and how will it impact SMEs like us?’
This will be followed by a general panel discussion with Andy Bruce, CEO at Fleet Alliance; Anthony Smith, Senior Partner at Humphrey & Co.; and Stuart Clark, Head of Climate Transition at Lombard.
The free hour-long webinar will take place on Wednesday 12 October at 10am.
