Dealerships are often a consumer’s primary source of information when looking to transition to an EV, yet there are concerns on confidence of team members to fully educate their audience. The BVRLA’s Electric Vehicle Training for Dealership Sales Teams course will aid colleagues to have the confidence to communicate with customers to support them in their transition to EV.
The new course explains how to best equip customers with the fundamentals of EV driving and give delegates an awareness of the EV market.
This course is aimed at sales and customer-facing teams within a dealership environment, who interact daily with customers interested in Electric Vehicles. It will also provide useful insights for staff in all other non-technical dealership departments, to provide an enhanced user experience in the provision of EVs – throughout the customer journey.
At the end of the course, attendees will:
- Have the confidence to communicate with customers to support them in their transition to EV
- Learn how to best equip customers with the fundamentals of EV driving
- Be able to avoid a poor customer experience where the driver wasn’t fully educated when they took the vehicle
- Have awareness of the current and developing EV market
- Understand the mindset of a customer who is new to EVs and know how to effectively deal with their questions and fears
- Provide a class leading customer experience when selling EVs
- Be able to sell EVs with more confidence.
This course takes place online with the BVRLA’s trainer Jon Burdekin, who has extensive knowledge and experience in the vehicle fleet world. Contact [email protected] to book your place.
