The BVRLA’s ‘Driven By You’ training courses allow members to schedule training on a date and at a time that suits them and their people.
The BVRLA’s Learning and Development Team recently attended the association’s Fleets in Charge Conference to let delegates know of this targeted training approach, designed to help colleagues gain confidence in achieving their personal development goals.
Alongside this, the team encouraged attendees to take part in a Scalextric Top Gear style racing competition, with the prize a free weekend EV rental - kindly donated by Arnold Clark.
The Scalextric champion was Michael Hurwitz from PA Consulting. All those who took part in the fun also learnt more about the BVRLA's Driven by You initiative – which creates industry specific training courses tailored to members’ businesses.
