The BVRLA requires all members to ensure that employees are adequately trained to a standard at least as high as that provided by the BVRLA’s accredited training programmes.
The association also requires members to evidence the relevant training that their staff have completed - this is a key obligation of BVRLA’s Code of Conduct and a requirement for those members that are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The BVRLA’s cost-effective e-Learning Platform will ensure firms meet the requirements of the marketplace, products, regulation and legislation, whilst also ensuring employees skills, expertise and technical knowledge always remain competent and compliant.
The Essentials Package with 12 e-Learning modules, including four refreshers is priced at £99.95 +VAT per learner for an annual subscription - this reduces to £69.95 if the member has a relationship with one of BVRLA’s six principle funders. The cost includes an on-line assessment and a Certificate of Completion for each module.
The platform can be of help if a member doesn’t have an adequate physical or digital learning infrastructure, or a delivery plan to invest in one, the BVRLA’s e-Learning Platform is an obvious choice.
