For members involved in short-term vehicle rental, the association is holding complimentary on-line training sessions on the Department for Transport’s Vehicle Security Scheme (RVSS).
Taking place on Tuesday 1 February and Tuesday 8 March, the free-to-attend sessions will give colleagues the chance to learn more about the RVSS Scheme, which is an integral part of BVRLA’s Code of Conduct.
As BVRLA members, high operating standards are an important part of the value proposition to customers. A key learning objective of these training sessions is to achieve a thorough understanding of how your rental operation can adhere to the BVRLA’s 10-point best practice plan, and to have robust customer qualification and security procedures in place, that are routinely and consistently applied.
The session trainer is Ilaria Pareto who has spent more than a decade in the daily rental industry and brings in-depth knowledge of rental operations to BVRLA’s training portfolio.
Rental members are encouraged to book now to reserve a place, there are currently no restrictions on numbers, but the association may need to limit attendees to two per business if the events become over-subscribed.
