Members can now set their staff development and growth plans for 2025, with the BVRLA’s training calendar covering vehicle technology, customer service, compliance and more.
The dates of the BVRLA’s varied instructor-led programme have been set for next year and are available to book now.
Throughout 2024, the association’s courses received an average overall satisfaction rating of 4.85 out of five. Members who are looking to develop specific individuals or a full team, seeking to fill a knowledge gap, or requiring a whole programme of training will find a blend of online and in-person courses to ensure all development objectives can be met.
The association can also provide any course from the schedule via the Driven By You route, exclusively for a member’s business. Courses can take place at a member’s premises or online with the option to tailor content to suit the business' needs. All courses are delivered by industry experts who have experience in collaborating with members to address their specific needs.
The BVRLA learning and development programme is open to all industry professionals, with members receiving a reduced rate and an early booker discount if booked in advance. Courses cover a wide range of topics to support leasing and rental members.
