The BVRLA will be operating to adjusted timings over the festive period. The office will officially close at the end of the working day on Monday 23 December, reopening on Thursday 2 January 2025 at 8.30am.

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) has confirmed its opening times for the contact centre over Christmas and the New Year.
Monday 23 December – 8am to 7pm
Christmas Eve 24 December – 8am to 12pm

Friday 27 December - 8am to 5.30pm
Saturday 28 December - 8am to 2pm
Monday 30 December – 8am to 5.30pm
New Year’s Eve 31 December - 8am to 5.30pm
New Year’s Day 1 January 2024 - closed
Thursday 2 January - 8am to 7pm
Friday 3 January – 8am to 7pm
Saturday 4 January - 8am to 2pm
The DVLA’s online services will be available throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
