The BVRLA’s inspection partners have started contacting members to book their slots for 2025.
Partners for 2025 are Product Partnerships Ltd (PPL) for Leasing Broker members, and Prestige Fleet Servicing Ltd (The AA) for Rental members. The BVRLA compliance team will also contact members directly.
Members should ensure that they have adequately prepared for their inspection, including ensuring that all policies and procedures, logs and registers are up to date.
Prior to their inspection, Leasing Broker members may wish to use the BVRLA Self-Assessment Checklist to ensure that they are compliant in the areas outlined. The Checklist now includes updated sections on Commission Disclosure following the Court of Appeal ruling in October last year. Information and support can be found on the BVRLA Commission Disclosure resources hub: BVRLA Commission Disclosure.
Leasing Broker members not due an inspection in 2025 can use the tool to do their own internal review and monitoring of their processes.
If further support is needed, or members have any questions, contact the compliance team for help.
