New FCA guidance on motor finance forbearance came into effect on 25 November. The webinar features Jo Davis from Auxillias, who explains the latest guidance - a must watch for companies who handle consumer credit.

The FCA are consulting on a ban of certain types of commission arrangements and providing clarity on commission disclosure rules. The FCA wants to break the link between interest rate and broker commission, it is not seeking to restrict the ability for brokers to set the rate a customer pays but is looking to remove any financial incentive involved. This hour-long webinar took place on 14 January and helps members understand these changes and top tips of how to implement.
