NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) skills improve and enhance communication, rapport building and goal setting and have a proven and positive effect on business performance. In our sector, where communication is a key competence, it is particularly relevant across many disciplines.  Ideal for sales and account managers, using basic NLP techniques can significantly affect results.  NLP skills underlie much of what is taught in negotiation courses. NLP self-management techniques, language patterns and goal setting are vital to effective speaking and peak performance.
