This nationally recognised certificate sets an industry benchmark of quality that transcends corporate-branded training and grants recipients recognition of their knowledge of rental vehicle operations and best practice. As a staff development and retention tool, the C&G Rental Operator Skills Certificate is a major asset in your business toolkit at a time when staff turnover is a key worry for many organisations, while providing valuable career progression potential to employees who achieve qualification.
Examinations are held annually at examination centres in Glasgow, Wolverhampton and Amersham in November.
The examination is designed to assess the skills of Rental Agents and those whose work requires them to undertake similar tasks. It tests the delegate's knowledge of the different areas of vehicle rental operations and best practice. Certificates are awarded jointly by the City & Guilds Institute of London and the BVRLA and are based on a syllabus developed in collaboration with BVRLA members.
