Policy Area

Protecting Consumers

The BVRLA puts consumer protection at the heart of its work.

The association has mandatory Codes of Conduct that sets the standards its members are expected to meet. It also provides a wide range of advice for the benefit of members’ customers.

The BVRLA works hard to ensure that rental and leasing companies can continue to offer customers the flexibility to access the products and services they want.
