New process giving TfL authority to liaise directly with customers

The BVRLA has worked with Transport for London (TfL) to agree a new process enabling TfL to enter into direct dialogue with customers to discuss Penalty Charge Notices (PCN).

A new letter template has been produced for members’ use when the customer would like to make a representation and the rental / lease company has paid the PCN or is unable to transfer it to the customer.
