The BVRLA is partnering with independent research consultancy Steer to gain a better understanding of customer attitudes to car rental and how it complements other modes of transport. This research builds on work previously undertaken in 2015, which has helped shape the BVRLA’s work in this sector.
The BVRLA has developed an online questionnaire to canvass the opinions of vehicle rental customers. All respondents that provide an email address will be entered into a prize draw and could win an iPad. Customer responses will remain anonymous and treated in line with GDPR guidelines for research surveys.
The BVRLA is asking car rental members to support the study by circulating the survey link to customers. The association can provide template text for a customer email as well as a link to complete the survey.
