Industry Forum - Wolverhampton
The aims of these forums are to bring together individuals within a certain geographically region to hear what the trade association is working on, on behalf of its members, listen to updates from key stakeholders and network with like-minded individuals.
Gerry Keaney, Chief Executive gave an update on the work of the association and what priorities will be for 2017. The BVRLA work closely with the DVLA and were delighted they came along to speak on VED reform and Drivers Digital Wallet. Representatives from the AA and CCAS, updated BVRLA members on the governance and audit programme for rental and leasing broker members. The BVRLA were delighted that Glynn Jones, Deputy Agent for the Bank of England could spare the time to give BVRLA members an update on the economy and insights from the Bank’s November Inflation Report.
