It is suitable for any one who regularly discusses the condition of the vehicle with the customer in a practical way pre- or post-rental.
Those involved in assessing costs charged to the customer.
Vehicle Inspectors or others working in a technical role.
Delegates will gain an understanding of the key principles influencing vehicle re-hire and resale and will be able to demonstrate practical knowledge of how to effectively inspect a vehicle.
Useful advice and tips will be given on how to encourage customers to care for the vehicle and prevent problems arising at rental termination.
The course can be delivered from either a technical or customer-facing perspective.
Training will be delivered with a 75 – 25% split classroom to practical workshop. Delegates should be able to attain a minimum of 75% pass mark in the post course validation paper.
This programme is interactive and involves role playing to practice the principles covered in the course.
