Qualifications

Qualifications provide a fantastic incentive for people to undertake professional training, and qualified staff make a positive impact in whatever part of an organisation they work. They improve an employee's industry-specific skills and provide them with a third-party benchmark that demonstrates their expertise.

The BVRLA provides three different qualifications covering both the leasing and rental sectors:

City and Guilds vehicle rental operator skills exams

This nationally-recognised daily rental qualification is awarded to staff can demonstrate a full range of rental knowledge and service skills. Read more

Certificate in Fleet Consultancy

Designed to align the rental / leasing sales function much more closely with the role, responsibilities and requirements of a typical fleet manager, successful participants get a professional qualification which has been externally accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
