BVRLA cancellation policy
Cancellation must be in writing and if received within 14 days before the course start date, the full fee is payable. If a cancellation is received between 15 and 28 days before the course start date, 50% of the fee is payable. Substitutions are allowed at any time without incurring penalty.

BVRLA short training courses focus on key industry knowledge and skills, the fundamentals of business success. They provide up-to-date information on the key issues affecting rental and leasing. All sectors of our industry are covered: daily rental, contract hire and commercial vehicles.

Course presentation is lively and emphasis is placed on interaction and practical application of knowledge through role play and analysing real scenarios, although detailed notes are supplied for all courses. Delivered by accredited trainers, these courses can also be tailored for delivery in a bespoke, in-house format.

In order to encourage and maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service, the BVRLA Code of Conduct states that members must train staff to a standard at least as high as that provided by the association's accredited training programmes. Induction training for all employees must be provided during the first twelve months of their employment.
