New Business Development Executives designated to negotiate and present at Board level, taking into account the client business as a whole and the interest of key stakeholders in HR, procurement and Finance.
The Certificate in Fleet Consultancy is a prestigious new training programme designed to align the rental/leasing sales function much more closely with the role, responsibilities and requirements of a typical fleet manager.
This four day programme has been specially commissioned from the Institute of Car Fleet Management (ICFM) to enable participants to benefit from this professional body’s expertise. It has also been externally accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
This course is not about teaching sales and business development staff how to sell. It is inviting them to step in to the shoes of their client and discover the pressures, issues and considerations. Through obtaining that perspective, staff will be best placed to advise on the most appropriate acquisition methods and other services. Participants will demonstrate this learning through written assessments.
The programme costs £1275 + VAT, which includes membership of the ICFM. It excludes evening meals, overnight accommodation and breakfast.
