“RVR” stands for “Residual Value and Remarketing ”. The RVR forum was established as a meeting point where all aspects of vehicle remarketing, which include pre-procurement, whole life costs and matters relating to the resale of vehicle, are debated and discussed. The forums are interactive sessions which give members the opportunity to hear first-hand expert commentary, news and views on market conditions.
Expert speakers from data providers, auction houses and remarketing experts provide information on current trading conditions in the used vehicle market and share their views on future residual values.

The RVR forum qualifies for continuous professional development credits for members of the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) and ATA Technical Services.
The relative successes of varied and diverse routes to the used-vehicle marketplace are debated and, for members using auction houses as a key remarketing channel, views from the rostrum are a regular feature.
The RVR forum is directed by a steering committee made up from BVRLA membership the quick links on the right provide more information on the committee.
